Role
Senior Account Executive (SAE) supports the Account Director/Account Manager and serves as the primary business contact for the client, ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include day‑to‑day communication and information sharing between the client and our team, and project support needs. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, project management, and organization skills.

Key areas of responsibility

Arrange meetings and liaise with clients to understand briefs

Provide quick response or solutions to client requests

Manage numerous ongoing projects with clear priority allocation

Deal with several client contact persons at the same time

Debrief job requirements clearly to the internal team members

Monitor all project stages to guarantee they run smoothly

Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients

Create quotations, ensure timely billing, and record all financial status up to date
