Salary & Benefits:

£38,000 -£44,000 DOE
40-hour week (7:30am 4:30pm)
Van and fuel card provided ( work use only )
26 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

-30 minutes each way
1 in 6 to 7 on call rota - £140 standby and minimum 4 hours paid for call out

The Role:

Maintenance, repair, and breakdown of air conditioning systems, including air handling units and DX cooling equipment (more industrial than VRV/VRF systems)
Diagnosing and resolving hot and cold issues through BMS adjustments
Carrying out reactive repairs on air conditioning systems and infrastructure
Customer-facing role with site visits
