Lynx Employment Services Ltd in Hinckley, Leicestershire, is hiring a Yard Operative 360 Excavator Operator on a temporary basis. The role is yard-based with a 45-hour week, from 7:30am to 4:30pm, paid at £15.00 per hour PAYE, and runs from 24 August 2026 to 31 January 2027, with a possible extension or permanent consideration for the right candidate.
Applicants must hold a valid 360 excavator licence and have hands-on yard experience to join a busy site in Hinckley.
