Administrative Assistant – Accounting & Tax Services

We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hinesville, GA. As the first point of contact for our firm, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our clients—especially during the fast‑paced tax season.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in an office environment and takes pride in keeping operations running efficiently.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Client Relations: Serve as the "face of the firm" by warmly greeting clients upon arrival and managing a multi-line phone system with professionalism.
  • Tax Logistics: Facilitate the intake and distribution of sensitive documents, assisting clients with the secure drop‑off and pick‑up of tax returns.
  • Proactive Communication: Call clients to provide status updates and confirm when tax returns are finalized and ready for professional review.
  • Office Support: Maintain an organized office through light filing, sorting and distributing mail, and general administrative upkeep.
  • Workflow Management: Ensure client files are staged and ready for the accounting team to maximize efficiency during peak deadlines.
Position Details
  • Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
  • Location:

    Hinesville, GA (On-site)
  • Schedule:

    Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Environment:
    Professional, fast‑paced, and client‑focused.
