The Role
The Maintenance Technician is integral to meeting our objective of maintaining the overall physical condition of the community and providing world‑class service to residents. The role involves diagnosing maintenance issues, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring all resident service requests and other community maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Eligibility for a $500 net sign on bonus paid in the first paycheck.

- Maintenance Trainee
- Maintenance Technician I
- Maintenance Technician II
- Maintenance Technician III
- Provide maintenance support for general upkeep and orderliness of property HVA, mechanical, electrical, utilities and lighting systems, including inspections and repairs.
- Ensure successful execution of all company safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction through responsive, consistent, positive and professional interactions.
- Work a rotating on‑call schedule to provide 24/7 maintenance coverage.
- High school diploma or GED graduate level
- Knowledge of basic tools and general maintenance processes
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Valid, state‑issued driver's license with a safe driving record (required)
Regularly use hands to manipulate tools, machinery, equipment, supplies, and office equipment. Frequently stand, reach with hands and arms, climb ladders, balance, and stoop. Sit and stand for clerical work. Regularly lift and move equipment and supplies up to 50‑75 lbs.
Typical Work ConditionsWork is performed within a maintenance/machinery environment and across residential properties. Employees frequently interact directly with residents, maintenance staff, and community staff during the workday.
