Retail Inventory Supervisor - Mornings (Part Time). This position is primarily Early Morning work with the ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional flexible hours. The more you are available, the more you can earn!

• Lead & Engage:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, support directives from the Area or District Manager, and drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management
• Customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on delivering solutions
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours to support the District Manager and customer commitments
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
• Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Additional eligibility:
  No degree required; applicable for candidates with no experience or returning to the workforce; military experience welcome
• Access to reliable transportation
• Pre-employment checks:
  Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen if required
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting fleet driver requirements may be required

This position requires standing for extended periods with occasional walking; repetitive hand/wrist motions; ability to assume low-level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching); frequent use of ladders; ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs; potential travel by car and occasional air travel, including overnight stays.
