Candidates should possess excellent leadership, supervisory, communications and organizational skills. A strong retail customer service background and proven ability to train, develop and motivate associates is highly desired. Ability to multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment is essential. Minimum two years of retail or hospitality experience, high energy and passion for working with the public.
Responsibilities- Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to inquiries and complaints.
- Oversee employees in sales, inventory-taking, cash reconciliation and customer service.
- Monitor sales activities to ensure satisfactory service and quality goods.
- Stock inventory and reorder within 48 hours when inventory drops to a specified level.
- Instruct staff on handling difficult clients, meeting sales goals, and communicating promotions.
- Drive sales and revenue for each location.
- Communicate with other departments such as HR and Warehouse.
- Assist in training and evaluation of personnel in sales or marketing.
- Assign employees to specific duties.
- Enforce safety, health and security rules.
- Examine merchandise for proper pricing, display and functionality.
- Assist in cleaning, organizing shelves and displays.
- Plan and prepare work schedules and review timecards.
- Review inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management.
- Inspect products purchased for resale to assess condition.
- Ensure policies, goals and procedures of the department are followed.
- Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs for short distances.
- Ability to stand or be active for 8‑10 hours per shift.
- Maintain a clean retail space and coordinate repairs with team members.
- Hourly pay of $15.
- Manager commission based on store sales.
- 10 days of paid time off annually after 90‑day period.
- 2+ years of management experience (retail preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques at retail level.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Point of Sales system experience required.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to create and manage employee schedules.
- Ability to review and understand store sales, returns, and profits.
- Ability to conduct employee evaluations.
- Ability to travel between stores when required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- College degree preferred.
- Active driver license.
