Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Job OverviewSeasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared. This role requires product knowledge, problem solving, and merchandise skills.
