Retail Sales Associate - Vape & Tobacco Specialist

High Life Tobacco is a fast-growing vape and tobacco retailer focused on providing high-quality products, excellent customer service, and a safe, compliant shopping environment. We are looking for motivated team members who are reliable, customer-focused, and ready to grow with our company.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, assisting with product selection, and handling transactions accurately. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new products, and being part of a fast-paced retail environment.

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience
• Process transactions accurately using our POS system
• Verify valid  all age-restricted purchases (strict compliance required)
• Help customers choose vape and tobacco products based on their needs
• Stay up to date on products, promotions, and new arrivals
• Restock inventory and maintain clean, organized displays
• Keep the store clean and presentable at all times
• Assist with opening and closing duties

• Must be 21 years or older (or meet legal requirements)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable handling cash and working in a retail environment
• Willingness to learn about vape and tobacco products

• Open availability is highly preferred
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Candidates with limited availability may not be considered

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stock, bend, and reach as needed
