The Armed Security Guard provides security, installation access control, roving patrols, surveillance, monitoring, and overall safeguarding to the installation and its tenants—including gym, payroll, MWR, and other facilities.

• Maintain guard duties under varying weather and terrain conditions as required.
• Respond to incidents, coordinate with law enforcement, and maintain situational awareness.

• U.S. Citizen.
• U.S. Secret Security Clearance (CGS‑Kosovo can sponsor new clearances). If U.S. military experience is relevant, a DD214 within the last 10 years is required.
• At least two (2) years of experience in armed security, armed law enforcement, or related operations within the past 10 years.
• Completion of a state‑recognized civilian security or law enforcement academy, or armed forces security or law enforcement training program (verification required).
• Current/active U.S. Passport.
• Willingness to undergo NCIC/FBI criminal background report and fingerprints; must have a clean criminal history with no convictions or major traffic offenses.
• Experience and knowledge of security operations and basic force protection.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Medically fit and able to undergo medical testing.
• Pass Physical Ability Test: run 1.5 miles in 17:30 minutes and 21 pushups in two minutes (no waivers).
• Willingness to undergo random drug testing.
• Regular working hours 48 hours per week, with flexible schedule and potential overtime as assigned.
• Maintain the necessary physical fitness and meet all physical and medical requirements as dictated by the U.S. Government client contract.
