Position Status:
Part-Time Terms of Employment: 190 Days/ Grant fund not to exceed September 30, 2027 Part-Time (19 hours weekly @ 49%)

JOB GOAL:
Support and oversee all grant-related work connected to training, community engagement, and partnerships, while working closely with the implementation coordinator, care coordinator, and school counselors.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related human services field
- Experience in human services, social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, facilitation, and training skills
- Recommended knowledge of trauma and trauma-informed practices, effective school mental health interventions and supports, and universal and tiered screening methods
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Project Director may find appropriate and acceptable
- Maintain prompt and regular attendance
- Implement and facilitate psycho educational groups within the school setting of PreK-12
- Provide grant-related training to community stakeholders, parents, partners, and collaborators to support community engagement and partnership development
- Coordinate and support project-related staff development and training initiatives
- Provide technical assistance to partners related to the implementation of the comprehensive plan
- Travel weekly to and from schools in the district
- Perform other duties and assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the TISS Project Director, Executive Director, or Superintendent of Schools
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to perform routine physical activities required to fulfill job responsibilities, including:
Medium Work:
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds as needed to move objects.
EMPLOYMENT STATUS:
Part-Time Position Grant-funded position through September 30, 2027; continued employment is contingent upon ongoing grant funding.
EVALUATION:
Performance of this job will be evaluated by the immediate supervisor.
SALARY RANGE: $29,000.00 - $31,500.00 (Part-Time)
