Project Wellness and Well-being

LCSS Care Coordinatior

240 days /Grant fund not to exceed September 30, 2027

Job Goal: Provide oversight of all grant activities related to clinical mental health support for students.

QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree in social work, school psychology, school counseling or equivalent

School District experience (5 or more years)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and training skills

Advanced knowledge of trauma, trauma-informed supports, effective school mental health interventions and supports, and direct services

Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent of Schools may find appropriate and acceptable

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prompt and regular attendance
Provide strategic oversight of the grant related to student screening, referral, and receipt of services
Ensure school-based clinicians have the space and support they need to provide in-school services to students
Coordinate mental health services and training scheduling with schools and Fraser Counseling Center
Coordinate contract with Fraser Counseling Center
Attends all grant meetings
Collaborates with Project Evaluator in preparing performance reports and grant-related documents
Provides technical assistance to partners on increasing access to school-based mental
Weekly travel to and from schools in the district
Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities assigned by the TISS Project Director Executive or Superintendent of Schools

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Able to perform routine physical activities that are required to fulfill job responsibilities including:

Medium Work: Exerting 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds as needed to move objects.

Evaluation:

Performance of this job will be evaluated by the immediate supervisor.

Salary: $46,258 to $72,919 Per Year
