• Minimum of T-4 to T-7 certification from the Georgia Professional Standards Commission
• Must be a certified teacher on staff with the Liberty County School System
• Knowledge of the technical aspects of softball
• Experience coaching and playing softball preferred
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications may be found acceptable and appropriate by the Superintendent of Schools

• Oversee all aspects of a successful high school girls softball program
• Provide instruction on softball techniques
• Communicate effectively with the team and parents
• Serve as a positive role model
• Oversee logistics and travel, as supervised by the Athletic Director
• Other duties as assigned by the Principal
