Sally Weston Associates is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations/ financials of our highly regarded residential architecture firm in Hingham, Massachusetts.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a respected and collaborative team in a warm, design-focused environment. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, answering phones, managing bills and invoices, coordinating contracts in a timely manner, and helping keep the office running smoothly day to day.
We are looking for someone with:- A professional personality
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A dependable work ethic and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and work independently
- Comfort and proficiency working on a Mac computer
