Aboutthe Role

The Assistant Project Managerisresponsibleforassistingtheprojectmanager (s) intheplanning,management direction,project completion,client satisfaction,andfinancialoutcomeofassignedconstructionprojects.

The Assistant Project Managerwillberequiredtoassistprojectmanager (s) incoordinatingallcontractualrequirements,design drawings,andprojectspecifications.

Responsibilities

  • Project setup.
  • Issue Certificate of Insurance ,Permit,and Performance/Payment Bondifapplicableforeachproject.
  • Readandunderstandtheprojectcontractandprojectspecifications.
  • Develop,update,andmonitorthe

    Purchase&Delivery Scheduleforeachproject.
  • Createbuyoutsfromprojectutilizingplans,specsanddocumentsfromestimating.
  • Maintainaworkingsetofcontractdocuments(i.e.incorporateallbulletins,ASI'sandsuchwithintheoriginaldocuments) sothatallinformationiscurrent.
  • Assisttheprojectmanagerinpricingchangeorders,thencreatechangeorderwithin

    Timberlinesystemandsendto

    GC/Ownerforapproval.
  • Issue

    RFI's,generatedbyprojectmanager,through the

    Timberline(T/L) systemandinternalfoldersystem.

    Trackresponsesthrough

    T/Lsystemandkeeptrackiftheresponsesarepotentialchangeorders.
  • Updateallinformationusingour

    FTPsite,other resources(Procore,Blue Beam,Share File,Plan Grid) etc.toensuretheprojectforemanhasaccesstoreal-timeupdatedinformationonall

    RFI's,submittals,&contract documents.
  • Assistfieldteammemberswithanyrequeststheymayhaveorrequireforefficiency.
  • Requestandassembleall

    O&Mmanualsfromcorrespondingvendorfromwhomwepurchasedtheequipment.
  • Requestvalvetagchartsandas-builtsfromprojectforemanbeforeprojectcompletion.
  • Preparethefinalcloseoutdocumentspertheproject'sspecificationsandsubmittothe

    GC/Owner.
  • Assistprojectmanagerwithmonthlyclose,confirmallchangeordersareenteredin

    Timberline,andconfirmallsubsinvoicesreceivedforeachjobforthecurrentmonth.
  • Prepareandprintrequireddocumentsformonthly

    CTCmeetings.

Qualifications

Toperformthisjobsuccessfully,anindividualmustbeabletoperformeachessentialdutysatisfactorily.

  • Adegreeinconstructionmanagementorrelevantexperience.
  • Computer

    Skills:

    Excel,Microsoft Wordand Bluebeam .Experience with Procoreand Sageishelpful .
