• Brush and spray sealcoat on various projects such as roads, or parking lots
• Sweeping and cleaning areas prior to sealcoat application to include leaf blowing and edging
• Maintains equipment
• Frequently works near moving mechanical parts, works outdoors under adverse weather conditions such as hot and or humid or cold and or stormy weather

• Valid class D driver's license with clean driving record
• OSHA
  10 minimum, will hire in certification is in process
• Must be able to stand and bend for long periods of time in inclement weather
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed
