Job Description

This role is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The primary duties include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients and engaging in deep conversations to understand and meet clients’ financial goals.

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of the industry, products and solutions.
• One year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• Six months of cash‑handling experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (business management, administration, finance, etc.).

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

• Shift: 1st shift (United States)
• Hours per week: 40

• Hourly pay range: $25.00 – $26.77, based on experience, education, and skills.
• This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
