Must hold an active nail technician, manicurist, or cosmetology license required by the state where the Mini Luxe studio is located.

• Deliver an engaging, elevated client experience while providing high-quality manicure and pedicure services that reflect Mini Luxe’s clean, ethical, and premium standards.
• Maintain Mini Luxe standards of hygiene, sterilization, and cleanliness.
• Represent the Mini Luxe brand in a positive manner towards all team members, clients, and members of the community.
• Educate clients on premium services, clean products, and retail offerings that support their self-care routine and enhance their Mini Luxe experience.
• Bring your full passion, creativity, and individuality to a brand that believes diversity is beautiful and that every team member helps shape the future of the industry.

• This role requires 2+ years of experience and an active state-issued license in the state where you will be providing services. This role may require work across multiple Mini Luxe studios and/or at off - premise events , depending on business needs and local requirements .
• Must meet all applicable state and local licensing, sanitation, and service requirements for the studio location where services are performed.
• A creative person with a positive attitude and ability to be flexible sensing and responding to needs
• Organized and disciplined at delivering on a deadline in an entrepreneurial environment
• Self-motivated and takes initiative with a positive, fun, and upbeat demeanor
• The ability to think outside the box and have fun while you are doing it!

• Ability to lift, move, and carry 25+ pounds.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, including throughout your shift.
• Ability to safely use light cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Ability to bend and kneel.

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time; schedule and availability requirements may vary by studio location and business needs.
