Warby Parker is looking for a patient‑focused and dynamic Full‑Time Optometrist to join an affiliated independent optometry practice adjacent to a Warby Parker retail location. You will practice under the clinical direction of the practice’s supervising optometrist(s) and be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care.

• Perform high‑quality comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations in line with established clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Partner with the store team to create an exceptional patient experience while growing the eye exam business at your location.
• Prescribe eyewear, contacts, and eye health solutions tailored to each patient’s needs, diagnose and treat a variety of vision conditions, and educate patients on their options.
• Share eye‑care knowledge and coach the team to support patients throughout their journey.
• Maintain a visible and engaged clinical presence, answer patient questions, support product recommendations, and ensure a seamless, elevated patient experience.
• Use modern digital exam lanes and EMR tools to streamline care and ensure an excellent patient experience.
• Support key performance goals by delivering excellent clinical care.
• Collaborate closely with the Store Leader to align on goals and strategies, building a strong OD and store‑leader partnership.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards and practice protocols.
• Maintain State licensure in good standing and meet all continuing‑education and state requirements.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by educating and inspiring patients and team members, reinforcing our leadership in eye care within the community.
• Take advantage of growth opportunities to expand your skill set beyond the exam lane, including developing business acumen, mentorship, and advanced clinical training.
• Perform other tasks as needed to provide an exceptional patient experience.

• A Doctor of Optometry licensed in the state where you practice, in good standing.
