Earn up to $23.70 per hour to start.
A Plus Health Care offers medical benefits and flexible hours. We are hiring Personal Care Aides to help clients remain happy, healthy, and successful in their own homes.
We provide tailored shifts to balance work and personal life, competitive wages, and bonus opportunities.
DUTIESAssist clients with daily living activities such as meal prep, exercise, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping, and socialization. PCAs travel from home to home to provide routine care.
QUALIFICATIONS- Currently trained PCA or CNA (or entry‑level position with completion of a 16‑hour training course at no cost).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record if driving duties are desired.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and commitment to client care.
- Health coverage through the Health Care for Health Care Workers Initiative.
- Mileage reimbursement.
- Vacation time accrual.
- Immunizations offered (TB, Hep B, and Flu vaccine).
- Continuing education and training.
