Croí Health is seeking a Hospice House Chaplain to provide compassionate spiritual care at the Pat Roach Hospice House in the South Shore. This 24 hours/week role offers an opportunity to support residents and their loved ones through end-of-life journeys within a loving interdisciplinary team.
You will conduct spiritual assessments, offer counseling, and collaborate with nurses, social workers, and chaplains to ensure patient-centered care while honoring diverse beliefs and traditions.
