As a Painting Job Leader, your day starts by leading your team to various job sites. In this leadership role, you'll be working hands‑on with your crew, ensuring that each job is done right. Among other tasks, you'll oversee scheduling, delegate tasks, and ensure your team stays on track to meet quality standards.

• 1+ years of professional industry experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to perform and supervise all necessary job functions according to company standards
• Ability to use sprayers and power washers
• Knowledge of proper use of appropriate tools, equipment, ladders, safety equipment, and PPE
• Bilingual
