Job Overview
We are seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in Hingham, Massachusetts. The RN will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients living in assisted and independent living communities.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive head‑to‑toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
- Utilize experience with acute and post‑acute conditions (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post‑surgical care) in the home setting.
- Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently.
- Perform medication reconciliation, patient education, and safety monitoring.
- Conduct comprehensive wound assessments, provide care, and maintain documentation.
- Work independently while knowing when to elevate concerns.
- Make real‑time clinical decisions without on‑site support.
- Apply strong problem‑solving skills in unpredictable home environments.
- Manage a dynamic visit schedule and prioritize urgent visits.
- Use point‑of‑care documentation tools efficiently.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while meeting productivity expectations.
- Provide care in varied home environments.
- Adapt to changing patient needs and schedules.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and respect patient autonomy.
- Current nursing license in good standing in Massachusetts.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program, verified by transcript or diploma.
- At least one year of recent hands‑on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med‑surg, sub‑acute care, or rehabilitation settings.
Competitive pay ranging from $57.00 to $62.00 per point. Weekly base pay is scheduled weekly.
