A thriving horticulture and landscape services team is seeking a skilled Container Garden & Landscape Maintenance Specialist to support residential and commercial properties throughout Hingham, Massachusetts. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a hands‑on gardening professional with practical experience in container installations, seasonal color design, and routine landscape care. Working across properties in Hingham, you will help create and maintain visually striking outdoor environments while ensuring long‑term plant health and sustainability.

Primary Responsibilities- Design, plant, and maintain decorative containers, window boxes, and landscape beds across Hingham properties.
- Install and refresh seasonal color displays featuring annuals, perennials, shrubs, and specialty plantings.
- Perform pruning, deadheading, fertilization, and integrated pest management practices.
- Conduct routine site visits for watering, soil conditioning, mulching, and general plant care.
- Evaluate plant performance and proactively address disease, nutrient deficiencies, or environmental stress.
- Partner with clients and internal team members to achieve desired landscape aesthetics.
- Safely operate hand tools, irrigation systems, and landscaping equipment.
- Assist with spring and fall change‑outs and other seasonal horticultural projects in Hingham, Massachusetts.
- 2‑4 years of professional experience in landscaping, horticulture, or container garden management.
- Working knowledge of plant varieties, soil preparation, fertilization techniques, and pest control practices.
- Ability to use landscaping tools and powered equipment safely and efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Understanding of landscape design concepts preferred.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to service properties throughout Hingham, MA.
