Marina Yard Hand

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Marina Yard Hand to join our team in Hingham, MA. The ideal candidate will assist with the daily operations and maintenance of the marina yard, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment for boat storage and customer service.

• Assist with launching, hauling, and moving boats within the marina yard.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the marina grounds, docks, and equipment.
• Operate marina equipment such as forklifts, trailers, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
• Help customers with boat docking, launching, and retrieval as needed.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management.
• Assist with inventory management and organization of marina supplies and equipment.
• Follow all marina policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Support other marina staff with various tasks as required.

• Previous experience in a marina, boat yard, or similar outdoor work environment preferred.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license required.
