Responsible for the preparation of appetizers, sandwiches, calzones, pizza, grilled, and pasta dishes according to Bertucci's specifications.;
Knowledgeable in all behind-the-line areas so that scheduling is more flexible;
Food rotation, set-up, and break-down, stocking wood, presentation of products, and cleaning utensils and general work area;
Prepare food accurately and in a timely manner;
Maintain sanitary work area as defined by State Health Department standards
