Shift Manager - Store# 07328, HINGHAM at Starbucks

Responsibilities- Lead daily store operations and drive customer service excellence.
- Partner with store leadership to train, coach, and develop team members.
- Ensure a welcoming store environment and safe, efficient operations.
- Contribute to achieving sales and performance goals in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Uphold Starbucks standards and brand integrity across all store activities.
- One year retail / customer service management experience, two years preferred OR 4+ years of US Military service.
- One year supervising the work of others, teambuilding, coaching.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment.
