As a Lead Merchandiser, you will play a key role in optimizing the visual merchandising and customer experience in our Hingham, MA store. This is a part-time, on-site position where you will ensure merchandise is displayed in alignment with company standards, assist in executing seasonal floor plans, and collaborate with the store team to foster a welcoming environment. Responsibilities will also include monitoring inventory levels, maintaining an organized and stylish store appearance, and supporting the creation of an atmosphere that reflects the EVEREVE brand.

• Experience in visual merchandising and store layout design
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to collaborate with store team members to ensure a cohesive customer experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to provide exceptional service
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays
• Retail experience, preferably in the fashion industry
• Passion for styling and empowering others through fashion
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in visual merchandising or retail management is a plus
