About the Role

Are you detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills? As a Digital Fulfillment Coordinator, you will oversee the execution of our digital fulfillment programs across platforms including Curbside, Instacart, Uber Eats, Door Dash, and EZ Cater. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that every digital guest receives the same exceptional experience as our in-store customers. Your focus will be on maintaining operational consistency, fast order picking, and delivering accurate results, all while collaborating closely with store leadership and various departments.

The hourly pay range for this position is $16.54 - $17.25.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of digital fulfillment orders while ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance with brand standards.
  • Maintain smooth operations across digital platforms by collaborating with internal teams and third‑party partners.
  • Ensure orders are completed on time, manage speed‑to‑pick performance, and communicate proactively about substitutions or changes.
  • Work with departmental teams to ensure products are stocked, of high quality, and properly merchandised for digital orders.
  • Stage, package, and verify all orders for accuracy, quality, and presentation before they are picked up or delivered.
  • Track and analyze order metrics, guest feedback, and operational performance, and share insights with leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and helpful manner throughout the store.
  • Monitor front‑end guest flow, support cashiers, and minimize wait times for an effortless checkout experience.
Availability

Flexible schedule required, including weekends, evenings, days, and holidays.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, eCommerce, fulfillment, or guest service.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for guest and team interactions.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Basic proficiency with technology, including mobile devices and order management systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of grocery products and guest service best practices.
  • Familiarity with third‑party delivery services.
  • A track record of meeting performance metrics such as order accuracy and speed‑to‑pick.
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple departments to achieve operational goals.
Physical and Work Conditions
  • Repetitive movements, bending, reaching, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, with exposure to varied temperatures.
  • Use of tools and equipment such as knives, ladders, and pallet jacks.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours or as legally required).
  • Wearing personal protective equipment may be required.
