As a Retail Sales Associate, you will contribute to an environment that nurtures growth and inspires your best work. You will play an integral role in growing our customer base by building lasting relationships and creating a unique experience for each customer.

• Maintain and expand personal client book.
• Provide exceptional customer service and sales skills in a fast‑paced environment.

• Contribute to tasks and projects that keep the store running smoothly.
• Perform merchandising duties (steaming, folding, displaying) according to visual standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized space (vacuuming, dusting, floor sweeping).
• Assist with daily stock checks and restocking the selling floor.
• Perform open and close sales procedures as needed.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

$18.00/hr – $21.00/hr, dependent upon experience and qualifications.

• Retail sales experience or service industry background required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Dedication to creating an excellent customer experience.
• Open‑mind attitude toward experiencing our brand and products.
• Ability to adapt quickly and respond positively to business needs and strategy changes.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. at floor level, climb short/tall ladders, twist, bend, and stoop to retrieve items.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Retail sales experience or service industry background. Outstanding communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
