Aerie - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

• Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Operate the Stockroom efficiently, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures remain organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and implement action plans.
• Assist teammates with non‑stock tasks or guest assistance when required.
• Prioritize safety and adhere to Asset Protection standards and all AEO policies.

• Organized with strong attention to detail, priority‑setting, and time management.
• Have flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Have prior experience in a stock‑related role.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide rewards at its discretion.
• Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, job location, employment classification, and years of service.
