• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
• Polish or Ukranian speaking team member preferred

From the Agency Owner I have spent over 25 years in the insurance industry, currently serving customers in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan & Wisconsin. Specializing in insurance and financial services, my journey extends beyond professional success to a commitment to mentorship.
