Clinical Coordinator - RN Lead

DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a Clinical Coordinator – Registered Nurse Lead to oversee dialysis patient care in hospital settings.

$45.00/hr – $59.00/hr

Hinsdale, IL;
La Grange, IL;
Palos Heights, IL.

Day Shift, Full Time.

• Coordinate ESRD patient care and services (trend lab values, track metrics on vital signs, weight, outcome management).
• Ensure highest level of care by ensuring patient safety, comfort, and well‑being.
• Participate in training at assigned training facility.
• Float to various facilities during and after training.
• Work flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Build long‑term relationships with patients and families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Be part of a supportive interdisciplinary team of clinicians.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple co‑morbidities requiring unique treatment plans.
• Oversee patient observations, measure stats, and set up machines with support from PCTs.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment every day.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 18 months of registered nursing experience.
• Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval by clinical Nurse Manager or RN‑licensed FA/GFA.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
• Experience:
  
  ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg preferred.
• Educational:
  Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Successful completion of CMS‑required pre‑employment training and color‑blind test.
• Supervisory experience preferred; willingness to supervise required.
