Location: 120 N OAK ST, Hinsdale, 60521

Responsible for providing direct nursing care in a diverse healthcare environment. This position delivers patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions. This role also educates patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Records and communicates patient conditions.
• Coordinates care among disciplines.
• Carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patient care needs, maintaining accurate patient records.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Provides patient education and discharge planning.
• Performs patient assessments and responds to emergencies.
• Participates in team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Grad or Equiv Required
• Work Experience Required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date Required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA). Preferred
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) Preferred
