• Process reservations and maintain accurate records of guest information.
• Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and welcoming at all times.

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Robust front desk skills with familiarity in hotel management systems being a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest services.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
