Take charge of tram operations at Pursuit's Jasper Sky Tram. Lead a dedicated team while ensuring safety and an exceptional guest experience in a breathtaking mountain setting.

As the Tram Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations and coordinate up to 20 staff. Your experience in tourism hospitality will be key as you ensure adherence to safety standards while fostering a positive guest environment. Strong leadership and a proactive approach will be essential for managing lift operations and training team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily lift operations ensuring safety and efficiency

• Lead and support Lift Operations team with training

• Maintain accurate operational records for safety compliance

• Generate reports analyzing weather trends and visitation

• Collaborate with departments and contractors effectively

Requirements:

• Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality preferred

• 1+ years in a supervisory tourism role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

• Experience in aerial lift operations preferred

• Comfortable working at heights up to 70 meters
