Embrace technology with a System Technician role at Rogers, based in Hinton, Alberta. This position focuses on installation and support for Xfinity services, ensuring customers stay connected.

As part of the Field Operations team, you will support areas like Jasper and Edson while reporting to the Manager of Operations. Your main responsibilities include installing Internet, TV, and home phone services while maintaining equipment and educating customers about their Rogers products. This hands-on role requires collaboration to address and resolve customer-impacting issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install Xfinity products including Internet, TV, and home phone

• Provide in-home support and customer education on services

• Operate test equipment for coaxial and fiber systems

• Maintain accurate records for work orders and customer interactions

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

• Valid class-5 driver’s license

• Strong customer-centric focus and technical knowledge

• Ability to work outdoors and at heights

• Physically capable of heavy lifting (up to 100lbs)

• Willingness to work varied shifts, including on-call duties
