Front Office Specialist - Cardiovascular @ Paulding

Wellstar Health System -  - Responsibilities:
Greet patients and guests in a warm, friendly manner in person or on the phone; identify self and practice;
Register/schedule patients for appointments and check-in/out; handle cash management and insurance verification processes;
Answer calls, route to appropriate personnel, take messages, and schedule appointments;
Balance daily financial reports and complete administrative tasks to support clinic operations;
Coordinate with clinic staff for miscellaneous administrative requests and ensure smooth patient flow
