Location: Hiram, GA  – Sam's Club 4798 Jimmy Lee Smith Pkwy

The Tire & Battery Center Technician provides safe, efficient service and sales support in the department, collaborating with associates to meet member expectations.

• Collaborate with teammates to fulfill sales and service requests, mentor new technicians, and deliver customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire/battery industry standards, Service Operating Procedures, and TPMS.
• Use digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales, improve service experience, and support decision‑making.
• Communicate equipment, tool, and supply needs to the TBC Lead, track special orders, operate cash registers, and maintain accurate inventory.
• Act as a brand advocate, modeling quality service and products while coaching peers and supporting a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain ethical standards, report safety hazards and complaints, and comply with all company policies and procedures.

• Valid, state‑issued driver’s license.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Complete all required training and assessments within the prescribed timeframe.

• Experience in the auto service industry.
• Retail experience.

• Hourly wage: $19.00–$27.00.
• Premiums: $0.35–$3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
