Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Flooring Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive bids for commercial flooring projects. This role is responsible for reviewing architectural drawings and specifications, performing digital takeoffs, tracking addenda and scope changes, and assembling complete bid packages for submission. The Estimator will collaborate closely with preconstruction and leadership teams and support smooth project handoff to operations upon award.
Qualifications- Experience in commercial construction estimating (flooring or specialty trades preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of commercial flooring systems (carpet, LVT, hardwood, tile, stone, underlayment) is a plus
