Bilingual Customer Service Representative

United Talent is immediately hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in Hiram, GA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish by phone and email.
• Assist customers with account questions, billing, service requests, and internet-related inquiries.
• Research and resolve customer issues using internal systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Meet call center performance goals and quality standards.
• Promote additional services when appropriate.
• Follow company policies and complete other duties as assigned.

Pay & Shift:

Pay: $18.00 per hour Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong computer, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Reliable attendance and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
