Engineering and Productionteamsto conductoperationalreviews ofproductassemblylines whichincludetimestudies,laborcapacityanalysisandcost calculations.

Additional duties may include updating and/or developing standard work instructions,assisting with process improvements,supporting continuous improvement initiative sand creation of technical report sand presentations.

This position is forFall of 2026andlocatedinour

Hiram, OH facility. The ability to work 100% on-site is required.

• Must be working towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial
  
  Engineering(preferred), Mechanical or Chemicalwith two years completed

• No relocation or room/boardassistance.

• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

• Requires U.S. work authorization without time restriction

• Pay Range: $20.00 per hour
