Employ Bridge is hiring an Onsite HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as the primary HR presence for a high-volume fulfillment/distribution site. This role is ideal for a hands‑on HR professional who thrives in an operational environment, builds trust quickly, and can coach leaders while supporting employees directly on the floor.
This is a high‑visibility, onsite HR role where success depends on initiative, strong communication, and the ability to independently manage day‑to‑day HR priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary onsite HR contact for employees and leaders
- Drive employee relations support, including coaching, conflict resolution, and engagement
- Lead and document employee investigations and ensure consistent follow‑through
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment practices
- Partner with site leadership to coach and develop frontline leaders
- Support HR program execution and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with hourly workforce processes, including conversions of temporary employees as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and enter/manage HR information in systems (Dayforce experience preferred)
- 5+ years of HRBP experience in a fulfillment center / distribution / warehouse / high‑volume operations environment
- Proven experience in employee relations
, investigations, and compliance - Strong ability to coach leaders and deliver direct, clear communication
- Self‑starter mentality: takes ownership and follows through without heavy oversight
- Comfortable being onsite daily and partnering closely with operations leadership
- Proficient with HRIS platforms and working from a laptop in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience supporting shift‑based operations or multi‑shift environments
- Strong background implementing HR programs in operational settings
