• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
• Prepares food according to item specifications, plans future and mass productions, prepares for seasonality, and adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management, and equipment sanitation.
• Leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, uses handheld technology for production decisions, and encourages use of new tools.
• Drives performance of the area, stocks and rotates merchandise, ensures quality and date control, eliminates waste, and provides member service by acknowledging members, assisting purchasing decisions, and resolving member issues.
• Acts as a brand advocate, develops, influences, and inspires a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented environment, helps remove roadblocks, and assists in training associates.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, ethics and integrity, uses the Open Door Policy, and applies these in execution of business processes.
• Completes assignments and priorities using data and resources, collaborates with managers and partners, identifies priorities and deadlines, communicates progress, recommends improvements, and adapts to change.

The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $25.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
