Position SummaryDo you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We also wrap, label, and store merchandise so members have the freshest items to take home to their families. You may juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders.

- Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate others on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively with team members; and be flexible to business needs by working in other areas.
- Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; understand and plan future and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; and demonstrate an understanding of product and layout execution.
- Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use hand‑held technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training and product quality with members in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
- Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area; use digital tools; manage high exposure and expectations; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and provide attention to customer needs; assist customers according to company policies and procedures.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member’s experience in the meat area and modeling high‑quality service and products; execute the basics at the highest possible level of quality; and exhibit energy, commitment and passion for the work.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; use the Open Door Policy; and apply these in executing business processes and practices.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress and information; determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapt to and learn from change, difficulties and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Minimum QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or older. I acknowledge that the position requires me to successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if I receive the position.
Preferred Qualifications- Food Service experience.
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
