Location: 295 Thompson Avenue Hiram, GA 30141 United States

Starting Pay: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour

Status: Full‑Time | Immediate Hire

Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM M–F; open availability required, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Perform repairs and maintenance on chassis, trailers, and containers.
• Diagnose and replace or repair lights, tires, landing legs, brakes, and framework.
• Conduct minor welding and fabrication as needed.
• Inspect equipment to identify issues and ensure roadworthiness.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with industry standards.
• Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience in chassis/trailer/container repair and maintenance.
• Basic welding skills preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of brake systems, lights, tires, and framework.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
• Basic set of hand tools.
• Must pass pre‑employment background verification, physical and drug screening.
• Will comply with safety regulations, including no cannabis use as required by federal rail administration guidelines.
• Open availability.

• Previous experience working in a depot, port, terminal, or intermodal setting.
