Role Overview

The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care. They perform the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practices, and focus on relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity.

• Coordinate and document safe, effective care through interdisciplinary communication and timely documentation.
• Partner with patients and families to ensure goals are central to care planning.
• Support performance improvement, research activities, and shared governance initiatives.
• Mentor and serve as a preceptor to promote professional growth.
• Participate in protocol development, evidence-based practice, and resource management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and safety requirements.

• Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.
• Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and technological skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and respond to emergencies with professionalism.
