Role Overview

The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care. They practice in a clinical environment guided by evidence-based standards, professional models, and organizational values.

• Perform nursing processes, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring personalized and culturally sensitive care.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication, patient education, and shared decision-making.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care, fostering teamwork, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a respectful environment.
• Support professional development by mentoring colleagues and maintaining competency through ongoing education.
• Promote evidence-based practice, participate in research, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
• Assist in developing protocols, optimizing resource use, and supporting system-wide care goals.

• Associate or Bachelor's Nursing degree; license as a Registered Nurse (RN) and current BLS certification.
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience, preferably in direct patient care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and respond decisively to emergencies.
• Proficient in using technology to support clinical care.
