Maintain area of responsibility in accordance with company policies by properly handling returns, zoning and organizing merchandise;
Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing receipts, assisting with purchases and locating merchandise;
Maintain self-checkout area, resolve member issues, promote products and services, and assist with self-service technology;
Process member purchases, assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies;
Assist with training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes and new technology.
