Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting them with video gaming needs;
Support store sales initiatives and overall shopping environment during peak season;
Assist in stocking and merchandising merchandise and maintaining store cleanliness;
Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals and assist with inventory control;
Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate to store leadership when needed
